🚫 No Returns on Food Items

As Shan-e-Rajasthan deals exclusively in food products (pickles, syrups, and fruit crushes), we do not accept returns or exchanges due to health and safety regulations.

📦 Quality Assurance

We take extreme care in packaging and quality control. Each product is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive the best quality products.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Order number and delivery details

We will review your case and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

🔒 Tamper-Proof Packaging

All our products are sealed with tamper-proof packaging. Please do not accept the delivery if the seal is broken or packaging appears tampered with.
